Responsibilities
Develop and execute a unified technology strategy across RCG, RCG Telecommunications Group, and PropKey
Define and enforce technology standards, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all projects and services
Oversee the design, deployment, and lifecycle management of all hardware, software, and network systems
Ensure robust cybersecurity practices, data protection measures, and compliance with industry standards
Lead ongoing development and feature roadmap for PropKey, RCG’s proprietary mobile app platform
Ensure operational excellence for RCG Telecommunications Group, including VoIP systems and unified communications
Build, mentor, and lead a cross-functional technology team
Collaborate with leadership to identify emerging technologies and maintain competitive advantage
Work with the CFO and accounting resources to ensure compliance and accounting best practices are followed across all technology-related initiatives
Work with Sales Engineering team to ensure that standards are being met, appropriate software and licensing is included, and that RCG’s technology roadmap is being followed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred)
10+ years of experience in technology leadership, ideally within telecom, proptech, or integrated building technology sectors
Strong background in systems integration, app development, and telecom/VoIP platforms
Proven ability to define standards, manage technical teams, and deliver complex multi-disciplinary projects
Knowledge of cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and mobile application lifecycle management
Excellent leadership, communication, and vendor management skills
