Angio Tech - Cath Lab

Kettering Health is a not-for-profit system of 13 medical centers and more than 120 outpatient facilities serving southwest Ohio. They are seeking an Angiography Technician who will assist physicians during cardiac or peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures and ensure patient care and safety in the lab environment.

Responsibilities

Assist the physician during cardiac or peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures, pacemakers and ICDs
Perform radiographic work on several different types of radiographic equipment
Assist with patient care and safety while the patient is in the Cardiac Cath or EP lab environment
Rotate call for emergency procedures with a 30 minute response time if employed in the Cardiac Cath Lab

Qualification

ARRT certificationRadiology licenseBLS certificationACLS certificationAngiographic experienceCath Lab experiencePatient careTeam collaboration

Required

Graduation from an accredited Radiology Program
Current certification with ARRT in diagnostic radiology
Possesses a current license as a State of Ohio Radiology
BLS certification
ACLS certification required within six months of hire

Preferred

1 year recent hospital angiographic interventional experience
Cath Lab experience preferred
Live within 30 minutes for call requirement
Will consider new graduates
