Sales Manager
Hirenture is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth by connecting US businesses with top talent through innovative solutions. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, building a sales pipeline, and maintaining client relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing
Sell to US-based SMB and mid-market clients while meeting monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent
Conduct high-quality discovery calls to identify customer pain points and buying intent
Deliver product demos and sales presentations tailored to US customers
Negotiate pricing and contracts, and close deals independently
Work closely with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and qualify outbound prospects
Maintain accurate forecasting and deal updates in CRM systems
Manage post-sale handoff to onboarding and customer success teams
Stay updated on product changes, competitors, and US market trends
Handle objections confidently and push deals to closure
Maintain strong client relationships to support renewals and upsells
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Sales, Prospecting, Pipeline management, Outbound sales, Negotiation
Proven experience selling to US customers
Strong spoken and written English for US business communication
Experience with outbound sales, cold calling, and pipeline management
Availability to work US time zones
Data-driven approach with consistent quota achievement
Preferred
Potential to develop in SaaS sales, Marketing, EdTech sales, Customer service
Experience: 1–5 years, B2B preferred
Familiarity with SaaS or EdTech sales is a plus
