Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end recruitment across technology, professional services, and operational roles
Deliver talent solutions across engagement models: direct placement, C2C, C2H (SkySys payroll), W-2 employees, and 1099 contractors
Adhere to SkySys's 6-step recruitment methodology while maintaining process discipline regardless of immediate placement outcomes
Master recruitment technology stack including LinkedIn RPS, ZoomInfo, ClearanceJobs.com, DICE, and Job Diva ATS
Partner with Account Managers to deliver timely talent solutions that enable client commitments
Leverage team collaboration, research, and AI tools to overcome recruitment challenges
Stay informed about business development initiatives and contribute to service delivery improvements
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in technology, professional services, or staffing environments
Strong understanding of talent consulting models including direct hire, contract, C2H, W-2, and 1099 arrangements
Familiarity with recruitment lifecycle processes and candidate sourcing strategies
Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards)
Willingness to learn new technologies and request assistance when needed
Strong Microsoft Office / Google Workspace capabilities
