$24/hr - $28/hrTopaz HR is representing a well-established Coach Driver Company that provides transportation services across the region. They are seeking a Dispatch Operating Assistant to support the Dispatch Department by assisting with coach tracking and ensuring smooth evening operations.

Responsibilities
Support the evening dispatch team in managing incoming driver communications and trip updates
Track and document lost items reported by passengers or drivers
Maintain an organized and secure Lost & Found System
Perform dispatch-related tasks assigned between 4PM – 12 AM
Monitor coach movements and ensure dispatch is aware of any irregularities
From 8:00 PM onward, operate independently, maintaining vigilance over late driver check-ins and vehicle status
Remain visible, present, and ready to assist during all work hours
Qualification
Required
Fluent in English
Willing to work evening hours consistently with a high sense of competency
Strong attention to detail and follow procedures
Ability to work independently and take initiative with good judgement as needed
Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with a strong problem-solving mindset
Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish and English speaking preferred)
CDL A license - preferred
Familiarity with transportation, dispatch, and/or coaching services
A background in operations, logistics, or customer service is a plus
