Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day remote administrative support: manage inbound emails, monitor shared inboxes, and coordinate staff calendars and virtual meetings (Zoom/Google Meet)
Perform accurate data entry and maintain confidential records—update student and staff files, attendance logs, and digital document repositories in compliance with FERPA
Prepare, format, and distribute district communications and reports: newsletters, meeting minutes, spreadsheets, and standardized forms
Process routine financial/admin tasks: route purchase orders and invoices for approval, track reimbursements, and maintain simple logs for accounting reconciliation
Serve as first-line communicator for parents, staff, and vendors—answer phone/voicemail, triage inquiries, and escalate issues to appropriate teams
Support enrollment, event coordination, and ad-hoc projects—create sign-in sheets, update rosters, and compile data for leadership
