Zocuments is seeking a Principal Full Stack Software Engineer with deep AI/ML expertise to architect, build, and scale intelligent, production-grade systems. The role requires leading the integration of AI workflows into production systems and making high-impact technical decisions while mentoring senior engineers.

Responsibilities

Architect and build end-to-end AI-driven products, from data ingestion and model training to inference, APIs, and user-facing applications

Design and own scalable full-stack systems (frontend, backend, infrastructure) that serve real users at scale

Lead the integration of LLMs, ML models, and AI workflows into production systems (not demos)

Design low-latency, high-reliability model serving and inference pipelines

Work deeply with data pipelines, feature stores, vector databases, and model evaluation frameworks

Make principled tradeoffs across model performance, cost, latency, reliability, and security

Own technical direction for major initiatives and mentor senior engineers

Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership to translate ambiguous problems into shipped solutions

Set standards for code quality, system design, observability, and operational excellence
