Responsibilities
The Executive Director of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Operations Center of Excellence (CoE) will lead the continuous improvement of the P2P lifecycle-from vendor onboarding, procurement operations through invoice processing to payment execution
This role serves as a transformational leader, driving operational efficiency, compliance, automation, and stakeholder satisfaction across procurement and payables operations
A major responsibility of this role is leading P2P system integration efforts related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
The Executive Director will own the full P2P lifecycle of integration including planning, execution, and hypercare-to ensure systems are properly configured, data is migrated accurately, and operations are up and running with minimal disruption
Keeps abreast of new developments in project management methodologies, agile practices, best practices, industry standards and strategic technology focus as appropriate
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
