The Vendor Maintenance Analyst is responsible for managing vendor master data integrity within the Accounts Payable function, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and safeguarding against risks such as duplicate payments and fraud.

Responsibilities
Review vendor changes for accuracy, legitimacy, and adherence to internal controls and monitor and resolve data discrepancies, duplicate vendor accounts, and outdated vendor information
Verify bank account information using approved verification tools/processes to reduce fraud risk and conduct quality checks on vendor submissions and resolve missing or incorrect information
Collaborate with Procurement, AP, and business stakeholders to validate vendor details related to onboarding or maintenance requests
Identify gaps and propose improvements to vendor maintenance workflows, data quality standards, and risk controls
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
2-5 Years of relevant work experience
Business Operations skills
Vendor Management skills
Accounts Payable Process skills
Ability to manage the integrity and accuracy of vendor master data
Ability to review vendor changes for accuracy and legitimacy
Ability to monitor and resolve data discrepancies and duplicate vendor accounts
Ability to verify bank account information using approved verification tools/processes
Ability to conduct quality checks on vendor submissions
Ability to collaborate with Procurement, AP, and business stakeholders
Ability to identify gaps and propose improvements to vendor maintenance workflows
