Responsibilities
Own CRM administration and data quality: configure objects/fields, maintain security roles, and run routine cleansing to ensure accurate pipeline and partner records
Design and deliver actionable reports and dashboards to track revenue, partnership pipeline, and operational KPIs for leadership and program teams
Manage sales/process automation: build workflows, validation rules, and integrations to eliminate manual tasks and enforce standard operating procedures
Support forecasting and pipeline analytics: extract, reconcile, and analyze data to produce weekly/monthly forecasts and variance explanations
Partner with finance, program, and outreach teams to align CRM usage, lead routing, and revenue recognition processes; document playbooks and run trainings
Lead small-scale projects and tool implementations (integrations, ETL, or BI connectors) and coordinate vendor/IT resources to deliver on-time results
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or CRM administration supporting distributed teams
Hands-on administration of Salesforce or HubSpot (configuration, workflows, user management)
Advanced spreadsheet skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling)
SQL proficiency for data extraction, segmentation, and troubleshooting
Experience building reports and dashboards using Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
Strong process documentation, change management, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement
Preferred
Experience with CRM integrations, ETL tools, or ERP systems
Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning, CPQ, or marketing automation platforms
Background in education, nonprofit, or public-sector program operations
