Responsibilities
Lead UX design for web and mobile products: craft user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes that serve students, teachers, and administrators
Conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing with educators, students, and families to validate designs and inform roadmap decisions
Translate requirements into accessible interfaces that meet WCAG standards and support inclusive learning experiences
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and content teams to iterate on design solutions and ensure implementation fidelity
Develop and maintain design system components, patterns, and documentation to increase consistency and development velocity
Measure design impact using qualitative feedback and analytics; refine interactions to improve key user metrics (task success, time-on-task, engagement)
