Responsibilities
Cashes checks and dispenses money after verification of identification, signature, and account balance
Answering telephone, online, mail, chats and other electronic communication inquires
Balances currency, coin, and checks in cash drawer at the end of shift to the computer printout of daily transactions
Cross-sells FCU products to the membership (interest bearing checking accounts, consumer loans, commercial loans etc.)
Conducting loan interviews and obtaining previous credit history of member, as well as other pertinent data that could be used later
Processing membership and/or checking applications, certificates, IRA’s, payroll, direct deposit, etc
Adhere to OFAC and Bank Secrecy Act requirements to maintain the highest standards of compliance
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or GED combined with 1-3 years of related experience, or an equivalent mix of education and hands-on experience
A current driver's license
