Responsibilities
Prepare quarterly financial analysis reports for accounts payable and accounts receivable activity
Collaborate with the finance department to generate supplier invoices
Oversee supplier accounts to ensure payments are current and accurate
Ensure quarterly account synchronization at quarter close
Coordinate the checks and invoice approval process to ensure timely and accurate processing
Administer rebate distribution using multiple processes
Maintain expertise in Vizient databases used as sources for the Impact Standardization program
Provide analytical support to the Impact Standardization team, including writing queries and creating custom reports
Qualification
Required
5 or more years of relevant experience required
Experience writing SQL queries
Preferred
Relevant degree preferred
Strong analytical, database, and spreadsheet modeling skills preferred
