They are seeking a Slots Key Attendant to provide friendly and efficient service to customers, safeguard company assets, and ensure a great atmosphere for guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities
Safeguard company assets at all times
Circulate assigned slot machine area
Ensure great customer service and prompt response to customer needs at all times in tandem with other team members
Prepare or approve all slot payout vouchers for fills and jackpots
Assist in resolving all customer disputes
Observe strict confidentiality in regards to company matters
Make minor repairs and adjustments to slot machines as needed
Clean interior/exterior of slot machines
Answer customer complaints and questions regarding slot machines within his/her authority and ability to do so
Create a friendly atmosphere for guests and coworkers
Perform related and/or other duties as required
Qualification
Required
High school education, GED or equivalent experience
Ability to obtain and maintain State of Nevada Gaming Card
Must be punctual and have regular and reliable attendance
Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
Perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with minimum supervision
Outgoing personality, positive attitude, strong communication skills, and pleasant/clean appearance
Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, co-workers and management
Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money
Ability to grasp, bend, and stoop; push or pull heavy loads weighing up to 40lbs
Honesty and Integrity is a must
Preferred
Experience in gaming industry preferred
