Responsibilities
Leading the 24-hour treatment team
Compliance
Team training
Monitoring the budget and administrative policies
Provide site supervision
Direct supervision of the 12 staff
Qualification
Required
Ability to meet North Carolina Qualified Professional (QP) criteria
Maintain a valid state-appropriate driver's license and experience auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field preferred with substance use experience
CADAC certification is preferred
Minimum of three years of supervisory experience; in adolescent substance use preferred
