Responsibilities
Play an active role in supporting the introduction of new investment products and contribute to the expansion of existing offerings
Develop, update, and manage tailored marketing materials and presentations that effectively articulate fund strategies, value propositions, and differentiators
Prepare and refresh presentation content for client and prospect meetings, including pitch decks, fact sheets, portfolio updates, and market commentary
Manage the due diligence process for new investors, ensuring a seamless client experience
Serve as a primary point of contact for sales teams, addressing investor and prospect questions and managing the completion of RFPs, DDQs, and information requests
Liaise with internal teams (investment, asset management, accounting, legal, compliance, operations) to gather and synthesize information for investor communications
Conduct market and competitor research to inform product positioning and strategy
Assist senior team members in crafting marketing content and thought leadership pieces that highlight investment strategies and market perspectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
5-7 years of relevant experience in investment management, investor relations, investment banking, product management, or a related field
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and professionally
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
High attention to detail, organizational skills, with a proactive approach
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
Strong work ethic and desire to excel in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in private wealth within an alternative asset manager is desired
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data room platforms (e.g., Intralinks) is a plus
