Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated digital media plans (paid + organic) that increase community engagement, enrollment inquiries, and event participation across social, search, and display channels
Create, schedule, and optimize multi-format content (social posts, short video, banners, landing pages, email) aligned to district communications calendar and accessibility standards
Manage paid social and search campaigns: target segmentation, budget allocation, creative A/B tests, and performance optimization to maximize reach and conversions
Implement tracking and reporting frameworks using analytics and tag management to measure KPIs, produce weekly/monthly performance reports, and recommend data-driven improvements
Administer content management workflows and maintain web and microsite content in the district CMS to ensure information accuracy and ADA/WCAG-compliant presentation
Partner with internal stakeholders (principals, curriculum teams, HR, student services) and external vendors to scale campaigns and train staff on basic digital best practices
