Receiving and organizing merchandise

Picking, packing, processing trailers

Retrieving orders from back-of-house storage and delivering them curbside to the customer

Monitoring alerts to ensure Ready on Time completion of Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders

Keeping the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently

Greeting shoppers warmly

Resolving issues

Delivering orders curbside with care

Maintaining a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms

Updating signs and pricing

Restocking merchandise

Supporting any needed merchandise moves
