Manage domestic and international entities, maintain statutory records, and oversee filings to ensure ongoing corporate compliance

Draft, review, and organize NDAs, engagement letters, resolutions, and related agreements while tracking key terms and deadlines

Support transactions from diligence through execution and closing by coordinating documents and managing closing logistics

Conduct legal research on corporate, transactional, and cross-border matters and summarize findings for internal stakeholders

Prepare organizational charts, summaries, and presentation materials while maintaining accurate digital contract databases and records

Required

Solid understanding of corporate structures, governance frameworks, and transaction processes, including domestic and international entity considerations

Detail-oriented, organized professional with strong communication skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
