Accurately analyzing bills daily to meet posting deadlines
Processing meter reading data
Posting daily readings for various route assignments
Verifying the accuracy of all newly installed location and meter data
Processing adjustments to member accounts as requested
Handling member payments through various methods, including cash, check, and credit card
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Two years' experience working in a direct customer service-related capacity in a service industry
At least one year cash handling experience
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent oral and written communication skills
