Responsibilities

Client Management: Serve as the main contact for client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely benefit plan execution

RFP Coordination: Prepare and analyze RFPs for Life, Disability, and Leave programs while managing vendor responses

Data Analysis: Validate and integrate data sets to create detailed client reports and market comparisons

Policy Review: Review benefit plan documents and agreements to ensure accuracy and prevent coverage gaps

Process Improvement: Identify outdated benefit designs and recommend enhancements to improve pricing and risk alignment

Required

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Insurance, or a related field

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling) with experience in PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

Detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong communication and client service skills, adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
