Partnerships Director, Northeast Region
Just Right Reader is a forward-thinking curriculum provider committed to advancing literacy for students from Birth through 12th Grade. The Partnerships Director will work directly with district and school leaders to understand their needs and provide solutions that help students learn to read, while also growing the company's presence across the region through relationship building and participation in events.

Responsibilities
Build strong, trusted relationships with school and district leaders
Actively generate new opportunities by identifying leads, making outreach, and developing a robust pipeline
Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through signed agreement
Deeply understand local literacy priorities, funding sources, and district goals to position Just Right Reader as the right solution
Represent Just Right Reader at regional conferences, events, and meetings with decision-makers
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff and successful long-term implementation
Consistently meet or exceed your goals for district growth and product adoption
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of experience as a school or district leader (such as principal, assistant principal, curriculum director, or instructional coach)
Strong understanding of foundational literacy and the science of reading
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a collaborative team
Comfort with storytelling, strategy, and working with data to guide decisions
A natural drive to sell - this can mean you've closed deals in education, pitched programs to your district, or even worked retail in college. You're energized by the challenge of getting to 'yes' and aren't afraid to own a number
