Senior Business Analyst, US & Canada
Trip.com Group is a leading global travel service provider, and they are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Product & Business Analyst to help drive growth across their US & Canada markets. In this role, you will analyze financial performance, product funnels, and marketing campaigns to uncover insights that guide decision-making.
Responsibilities
Analyze financial, product, and marketing data to identify trends, root causes, and growth opportunities
Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs related to conversion, campaign performance, and profitability
Translate complex data into actionable insights and clear recommendations for leadership and HQ product teams
Collaborate with product, user research, and other cross-functional teams to support multi-channel, localization strategies
Monitor competitive and market dynamics, providing data-driven input into strategic planning
Drive business optimizations through structured analysis and timely performance diagnostics
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of relevant experience in product, business, or data analysis, preferably in travel or e-commerce. Experience in consulting or investment banking with strong analytical exposure also highly valued
Strong SQL, Excel, and data visualization skills (Tableau or similar)
Proven ability to extract data-driven and actionable insights and recommendations
Results-oriented with strong ownership and curiosity to dig deep
Proactive and growth-minded with a data-driven approach to continuously optimize strategies
Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels
Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Business
Valid working permit/visa in the US (no sponsorship)
