Responsibilities
Lead & Inspire: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of talented sales professionals to exceed goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences
Drive Results: Manage the sales floor to achieve or surpass operating budget targets and maintain Hilton Grand Vacations’ performance standards
Close Deals: Assist with presentations and finalize sales, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance
Coach for Success: Conduct weekly training sessions and refresher courses to keep your team sharp and motivated
Monitor Metrics: Track VPG, referrals, Medallia scores, and other KPIs to ensure top-tier performance
Maintain Accountability: Provide constructive feedback and hold team members to the highest standards of professionalism and success
Qualification
Required
Proven leadership experience in vacation ownership/timeshare sales
Valid Arizona real estate license (required)
Strong communication and coaching skills
Ability to analyze performance data and implement strategies for improvement
Passion for creating memorable vacation experiences and motivating others to achieve greatness
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred but not mandatory
