Estimate 5-10 jobs weekly, involving detailed inspections of crawl spaces, basements, or foundations
Thorough diagnosis of water intrusion, mold, or structural damage - being the expert eyes on site
Engage in consistent follow-ups with homeowners throughout the sales journey to secure deals and foster trust
Qualification
Required
Ability to navigate crawl spaces; being claustrophobic isn't an option here
Must be proficient in basic technology
Commitment to delivering a professional and positive customer experience
Availability to lead up efforts Monday through Saturday
Proficiency with company technology and tools
