Adquadrant is seeking an early-career Paid Media Growth Specialist with a finance-first mindset. The role focuses on managing paid media spend using a trader's approach and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns across various platforms.
Responsibilities
Manage paid media spend with a trader’s mindset (risk, allocation, downside protection)
Analyze performance using probability, signal vs noise, and expected value
Forecast CAC, contribution margin, and payback under multiple scenarios
Launch and optimize campaigns across Meta and other platforms
Make fast decisions with imperfect information
Qualification
Required
A background in finance, economics, math, stats, engineering, or analytics
Exposure to trading, investing, arbitrage, or betting markets
Experience building models, competing in investing clubs, or managing real capital
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
You're early in your career (0–2 years) and analytically sharp
Preferred
Bloomberg Market Concepts (BMC) or similar certifications
Meta Blueprint or early paid media experience
E‑commerce or performance marketing exposure
Personal experience trading or investing real money
