Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers
Participate in every stage of the product development cycle, from ideation to delivering high-quality, launch-ready designs
Rapidly prototype conceptual product ideas, design user flows informed by data analysis and user research, collect feedback from stakeholders, and iterate to deliver the best user experience
Continuously integrate user feedback and business requirements into product improvements
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience designing UX across mobile and web, preferably in Artificial Intelligence–related products (e.g., AI tools)
Strong product thinking, design thinking, and visual design skills
Proven experience collaborating with user research, data analysis, product managers, and engineering teams to deliver live products
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and data-driven design practices
Deep understanding of Design Systems, including principles, processes, and lifecycle management
Having a keen eye on design trends and cutting edge technologies
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Conversational AI or chatbot design
Experience in building and maintaining design systems
Motion design skills
