Responsibilities
Review numerous loan documents to ensure all documents are accurate and complete, signed, and dated in compliance with GSE guidelines and with loan-specific requirements
Efficiently communicate with lenders, counsel, and associates to resolve document discrepancies
Complete data entry using proprietary software and databases and deliver loans to GSE for approval and funding
Monitor daily pipeline of multiple loans to ensure loans are delivered timely and accurately while following up with sellers for necessary document corrections
Maintain organized folders on every loan and disposition of the loan status
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or other related field required
1-2 years of commercial real estate experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Excel
High attention to detail
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment
