Required
3-5 years of experience handling federal tax matters including both transactional and tax controversy matters
Experience with mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, fund formations, and other corporate finance transactions and general tax issues
Ability to manage multiple projects in collaboration with partners and senior associates
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Good judgment, responsiveness, and perseverance
Strong intellectual curiosity
Self-motivation
A commitment to client service and team success
JD from an accredited university
Preferred
Familiarity with renewable energy financing transactions is strongly preferred
