Responsibilities

Study myeloid cell biology and its implications for immunotherapy
Understand how dendritic cells and other myeloid cells influence the development of immunity and cancer
Decipher the molecular regulation of dendritic cell subsets, function, and differentiation using novel approaches, such as CRISPR Cas9, single-cell and tissue analyses
Contribute to advancing novel immunotherapy strategies for cancer and inflammatory disease

Required

Ph.D. or M.D./Ph.D
Experience in studying myeloid cell biology

Experience with mouse models and patient samples
Ability to tackle complex biological questions
Experience with molecular regulation of dendritic cell subsets
Knowledge of CRISPR Cas9 techniques
Experience with single-cell and tissue analyses
