Responsibilities
Perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs
Consult on data and modelling impacts, guiding clients through interdependencies and analysis decision impacts and implement project work with other data analytics team partners
Evaluate data sets for analytical possibilities and pitfalls as well as transform data as appropriate for specific team functions or processes
Create data visualizations using design and data presentation guides as well as pinpoint trends, correlations, and patterns in data sets
Apply domain expertise to data analytic challenges
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or 4 years relevant work experience
3 years completed higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job
1 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience
Preferred
Good communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization
Good Experience with SQL
Oracle APEX (or proficiency in building web applications), PL/SQL, SQL, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, overall Oracle DB knowledge, RESTful Web Services, Data Modeling, and any knowledge of developing and integrating APEX
Good Experience with delivering data in at least one visualization tool like BO or Tableau
Healthcare experience with Medicaid/Medicare Claims Reporting

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
