Begin to establish post-sales relationships with customers
Follow up with customers on completed inspections and inquire about need for additional services
Assist superintendents with setting up work orders
Respond to customer service requests by phone or email
Answer incoming calls and direct to correct party
Assist account manager with day-to-day tasks
Provide assistance to office administrator with daily administrative tasks
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel
