Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions in Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability, and Soft Skills (both online and offline)
Develop and revise training content for Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability, and Soft Skills
Create e-learning modules to support the training programs
Design tests and assignments for Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning Ability modules
Deliver webinars, video presentations, and live YouTube sessions
Train and periodically assess trainers, providing feedback and monitoring their improvement
Review demonstration sessions of external trainers
Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
B.E / B.Tech degree in any branch
3 - 5 years of relevant experience in training Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability, and Soft Skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong expertise in Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning Ability
Proven ability to deliver high-quality training programs
Experience in creating high-quality training content
Good working knowledge of e-learning platforms and training methodologies
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
Ability to adapt and switch tasks as needed
Willingness to learn new concepts and continuously improvement
