Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable applications and infrastructure with a focus on IAM solutions
Lead the application onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of new applications
Implement and manage cloud-based solutions to enhance scalability and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features and enhancements
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues and performance bottlenecks
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation
Qualification
Required
Formal training or certification on Computer Science concepts and 5+ years applied experience
Extensive experience in software engineering with a focus on IAM solutions
Proven experience in application onboarding and integration
Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Strong understanding of database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and ORM frameworks
Experience with RESTful API design and development
Familiarity with version control systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience in ForgeRock/Ping Identity
Preferred
Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes)
Certification in IAM or related security fields
Experience in agile development methodologies
Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages; Java is strongly preferred
