Administrative Assistant
Super Hire Staff is hiring an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily operational and administrative functions for their client. This fully remote role requires strong communication and multitasking skills to provide high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support including email management, scheduling, and calendar coordination
Assist with document preparation, data entry, and record-keeping
Support communication between internal team members, clients, and external partners
Organize digital files, maintain databases, and ensure accuracy of documentation
Coordinate virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and handle follow-ups
Conduct basic online research and prepare summaries or reports as needed
Assist with project coordination and task tracking
Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards in all communication
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Prior experience in administrative support, office coordination, or virtual assistance is an advantage
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Reliable internet connection and remote-work readiness
