Addressing client queries and scheduling appointments

Making follow-up call Scheduling meetings with the buyer and seller

Assisting in preparing real estate documents and forms

Coordinating showings and open houses

Maintaining electronic and print records of properties

Preparing, posting, and updating property listings

Maintaining and managing a database of lients

Assisting with the closing pocesses

Performing clerical duties

Helpings with the preparation of listing agreements and other legal documents

Creating marketing materials

Creating and distributing real estate marketing materials

Handling online and offline property listings and advertisements

Putting up signboards on the property
