Responsibilities

Analyze complex data to determine configuration readiness

Assist in defining and communicating design and content best practices to internal project stakeholders

Consult on the impact of design decisions and content recommendations as it relates to configuration

Complete complex system configurations independently

Maintain accurate, timely documentation of work using preferred tools

Serve as an escalation point and deliver resolution for complex reported configuration issues

Adopt new process improvements. Proactively identify and establish new process improvements

Drive tools development and troubleshooting

Coach and mentor other Configuration Analysts and provide educational opportunities and training as needed

Qualification

Oracle Health PharmacyConfiguration ManagementData AnalysisEffective CommunicationTeam Collaboration

Required

2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles including knowledge and experience with the Oracle Health Pharmacy product(s)

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus

Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients

Must be a U.S. citizen

Ability to operate independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality configuration work

Complete complex system configurations independently

Maintain accurate, timely documentation of work using preferred tools

Serve as an escalation point and deliver resolution for complex reported configuration issues

Adopt new process improvements and proactively identify and establish new process improvements

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
