Responsibilities
Oversee data processing, extraction, conversion, and metadata management for legal matters
Manage litigation databases, create fields, layouts, OCR sets, and apply Bates Stamping
Work with Relativity or similar platforms to create/edit fields, run searches, generate reports, and facilitate document review workflows
Support attorneys and legal teams in all phases of litigation, from preservation and legal holds to collections, review, and production
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of experience as a Litigation Support Specialist, Analyst, or Case Manager in a law firm, corporation, or legal consulting firm
Bachelor's degree required
Strong expertise in data processing, management, and importing/exporting to legal databases
Proactive problem-solver with a deep workflows
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a Legal/Technical field preferred
Relativity experience preferred (certifications are a plus)
