Connors Group is seeking an Industrial Engineer, Junior Consultant who will be a core part of the project team working on IE Service consulting projects. The primary role involves data collection in support of client projects, requiring extensive travel and flexibility in work hours.

Responsibilities

Successfully complete data collection activities for various types of studies across multiple industries
Professionally communicate with all levels of employees at the client site, and all levels within the project team
Responsible for self-time management, progress reporting of tasks to direct project lead and work productively for the assigned observation durations on the client site
Travel extensively (90-100%), and sometimes independently, throughout the US
Demonstrate initiative, responsibility and analytical thinking
Flexibility to work alternative hours, including evenings and weekends

Required

Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering or other related field
Strong work ethic and capability to work independently
Strong communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to assess and solve problems
Working knowledge of MS Office including: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Access to reliable auto transportation and a major US airport
Must be able to travel 90% - 100% of the time
Flexibility to work alternative hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred

Some internship or co-op experience is desired
