Responsibilities

Develop and refine short- and long-term business strategies aligned with organizational goals
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and internal performance data to identify opportunities and risks
Lead and support strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business priorities
Partner with teams across sales, marketing, finance, and operations to drive strategic initiatives and ensure cohesive execution
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), track progress against strategic goals, and report findings to senior leadership
Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for executive leadership and key stakeholders
Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness

Required

Proven experience in strategy, business planning, management consulting, or related roles or equivalent
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Experience with project management tools and business intelligence software is a plus
