Responsibilities
First point of contact for traders
Install, configure and monitor critical trading applications
Incident management via ticketing and documentation
Collaborate with developers for all operational processes supporting trading applications
This is a fully in-person role that entails constant communication
Communication ability is especially important for this position
Occasional travel (few times a year) to our European office should be expected
Qualification
Required
Experience with Python, bash and MySQL
Linux experience is required
2-5 years experience in a Trading Operations Engineer is optimal, but will also consider those with no experience in the trading industry
Undergrad degree in computer science or a closely related field
Preferred
Experience in a similar role would be preferred
Devops roles in tech would receive consideration
