Ability to prioritize, plan and execute projects with minimal supervision
Basic experience in plumbing, carpentry, painting and general contracting type of work is a plus
Experience required with hand and powertools
Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials while adhering to strict safety protocols
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform preventative maintenance
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in work areas to enhance productivity and safety
Demonstrating excellence in your workmanship and maintaining open communication with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless operations
