Responsibilities

Champion and cultivate relationships with internal teams, clients, and vendors
Support the day-to-day project management and workflow tracking across sponsorship programs
Serve as the primary point of contact for managing the new Asset Management Tool, helping track deliverables, timelines, and approvals across markets
Assist with the implementation, optimization, and training of the tool to ensure seamless integration into existing client processes
Support the development of regional toolkits, status trackers, and program dashboards to improve visibility and efficiency
Assist in the creation of sponsorship presentations to educate and advise markets, enhancing partnership value and activation
Coordinate with the Account Manager on event activations, vendor management, and on-site logistics
Produce client communications including project updates, recaps, and performance reports
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property guidelines and sponsorship assets to advise Latin American marketing clients effectively

Required

A passion for and expertise in sports, music, entertainment and are eager to stay up to date with developments in each industry
At least 2 years of experience in a traditional sponsorship marketing role; agency experience preferred
Fluency in Spanish is required
An understanding of the cultural nuances of the Latin American region and ability to apply that knowledge to advise clients accordingly
A natural communicator, both verbally and in writing
Strong organization skills and attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Computer proficiency, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays as needed. Anticipated travel level: Moderate (20-45%)
