Responsibilities
Help lead and manage the firm’s tax practice, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with tax laws and regulations
Oversee complex tax planning and compliance engagements for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and estates
Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, offering proactive guidance on tax strategies, financial planning, and risk management
Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional services
Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering professional growth and technical excellence
Collaborate with other partners to set firm-wide goals, drive business development, and promote growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
Experience in leading and managing a tax practice in a public accounting firm
Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
Proven track record in overseeing complex tax planning and compliance engagements
Ability to serve as a strategic advisor to clients on tax strategies and financial planning
Experience in developing and maintaining strong client relationships
Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team of tax professionals
