Qualification
Required
Experience with Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and data entry
Proficiency in operating and maintaining Office Equipment and technology
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Familiarity with construction or project management industries is a plus
Additional education or certification in office administration is advantageous
