Management Analyst I - Human Resources
NEOGOV is seeking a Management Analyst I within their Human Resources Division. This role involves coordinating special projects, conducting research and analysis of divisional functions, and providing support in managing employee benefits.

Responsibilities
Reviews and participates in the preparation of analytical and research reports, summaries, and recommendations; investigates and defines problem areas, conducts studies, and prepares reports recommending solutions or course of action
Assists in the administration of the County pay and classification system; assists in the review of compensation requests; receives, analyzes, researches and makes recommendations regarding proposed requests for assigned divisions/operational units within the County
Receives, researches, analyzes and resolves follow up inquiries from employees and managers
Works on the development and implementation of new and improved plans, procedures, techniques, and methods to adjust to the changing requirements of ongoing programs
Coordinates special projects for the Division; formulates solutions and resolves problems; facilitates implementation of the project; and provides administrative support to the project as needed
Acts as a liaison between the Florida Retirement System (FRS) and the County to provide assistance to employees regarding retirement services
Develops and prepares communications and educational materials for employees
Coordinates and provides educational seminars and/or one-on-one counseling to employees regarding retirement programs
Maintains accurate records to effectively administer the County’s retirement plans (FRS, 457)
Continually reviews processes and makes recommendation for changes to enhance productivity and add value to the administration of retirement services
Manages and monitors internal and external auditing of quality systems and processes
Attends meetings, seminars, workshops, and training sessions on matters related to compensation, retirement, and human resources; develops, grows and maintains a network of compensation/HR professionals in other agencies/employers in order to facilitate the exchange of compensation/HR information
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Two (2) years of related experience
Candidates without a degree should possess four (4) additional years of related experience
Fingerprinting required
May be required to obtain and maintain certification(s) related to a particular program
