Responsibilities

Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to design and develop product usage dashboards and reporting solutions
Support the delivery of analytics requests, sharing updates, and prioritizing based on business needs
Contribute to the product analytics roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product strategy
Assist in defining data capture requirements and optimizing tools for analytics and visualization
Help automate data collection, flow, and reporting processes, and support ongoing dashboard improvements
Monitor system performance to maintain data quality, integrity, and organization
Participate in reconciling usage data with customer feedback and other qualitative inputs
Translate data sets into clear, compelling dashboards and visualizations
Support documentation of processes and procedures to help scale efforts across product teams

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data analysis in financial services, fintech, or a related industry
Proficiency in Tableau and other data visualization tools
SQL and data modeling skills; experience with other data analysis or programming tools
Understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and data governance
Experience managing projects and stakeholders in an agile environment
Strong communication and data storytelling skills
Demonstrated ability to support process improvements, documentation, and change management
Experience with embedded analytics and integrating data from multiple sources
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability
