Responsibilities
Launch and manage the reconstruction services branch in Los Angeles
Hire and coordinate subcontractors in the Los Angeles area
Contact homeowners to schedule reconstruction assessments
Conduct detailed walkthroughs with homeowners to go over job specifics
Write comprehensive estimates using Xactimate software
Manage projects in alignment with TPA program requirements, including Contractor Connection, Code Blue, and Accuserve
Oversee the entire reconstruction process, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
Communicate effectively with homeowners, subcontractors, and internal team members to ensure smooth project execution
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Restoration Project Manager in reconstruction services
Strong knowledge of Xactimate and experience writing detailed estimates
Familiarity with TPA programs (Contractor Connection, Code Blue, Accuserve)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong network or ability to build relationships with subcontractors in the Los Angeles area
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
