Qualification
Required
Strong verbal communication, active listening, and customer service skills
Proficiency in data entry, multilingual communication, and managing client records effectively
Basic understanding of financial products, loan processes, and market trends is an advantage
Ability to work independently and collaborate efficiently in a team environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer support is a plus
Additional certifications in communication or customer service are an asset
