Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment projects for finance, banking, and investment roles
Apply finance domain expertise to assess candidate quality and role fit
Partner with stakeholders to align hiring goals, timelines, and expectations
Improve recruitment processes for efficiency, scalability, and quality
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-output environment
Produce clear written updates, reports, and stakeholder communications
Qualification
Required
Professional background in finance, banking, investment, or accounting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven project management and execution ability
Experience managing stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration
Process-improvement mindset with strong analytical judgment
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Preferred
Prior exposure to recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR workflows
Experience working in distributed or remote teams
Certification in project management or process improvement
